Product availability is not guaranteed. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.
Shipping charges, taxes and other applicable costs will be displayed before payment is completed where available.
We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
If a product is displayed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or administrative error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
6. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms of Service.
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
The purchase contract is normally formed when we accept the order and send a shipping or dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may decline or cancel an order if:

- Payment cannot be authorised or verified.
- Incorrect billing or delivery information has been provided.
- We identify an obvious pricing or product information error.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
- Delivery restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific dates, minimum order values, product exclusions and eligibility requirements.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
- Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Discounts may not apply to shipping charges, taxes or excluded items.
- Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.
Any approved refund will be based on the amount actually paid after discounts.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment.
Standard delivery normally takes approximately 8–12 business days after the order has been shipped.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery deadline.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes may only be possible before an order has shipped.

10. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and may not be included in the amount paid at checkout unless clearly stated.
The recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations Before Shipping
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order cancellation, address correction or other change.
We will make reasonable efforts to process the request before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer normally be cancelled through our fulfilment system and must instead follow the applicable return process.
12. Online Purchase Cancellation Rights
Where applicable consumer law provides a cancellation right, you may notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
After notifying us of a valid cancellation, you should return the goods within a further 14 days.
You may inspect an item in the same way that you reasonably could in a physical store. Where handling beyond reasonable inspection reduces the value of the item, the refund may be reduced to reflect that loss in value, where permitted by law.
Cancellation rights may not apply to certain excluded products, including personalised goods or sealed hygiene-sensitive products after the protective seal has been removed.
13. Returns and Exchanges
Zavreni offers a 30-day return period in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Before returning an item, contact liam@zavreni.shop to request return instructions and the correct return address.
Standard return items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging where possible.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchanges may be available for another size or colour, subject to stock availability.

14. Refunds
Returned items will be inspected after they arrive at the designated return location.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If an eligible full online order is validly cancelled, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option will be refunded where required by law. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery may not be refundable.
15. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged or different from the product ordered.
We may request your order number and clear photographs of the item, fault, packaging and shipping label.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, refund or price reduction.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described, unsuitable for their intended purpose or otherwise fail to meet mandatory consumer standards.
16. Customer Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity carried out through your account.
Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without permission.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms of Service.
17. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.
You grant Zavreni a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and use submitted content in connection with our website, products and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.
We may remove submitted content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, unrelated to the product or otherwise inappropriate.

The Zavreni name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, text and original website content are owned by or licensed to Zavreni and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access this content for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.

Our website may use or link to independent services, including Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers, analytics services and social media platforms.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for websites or services that we do not operate or control.
